With six years of experience as a real estate agent and a strategic transition into the commercial sector with KW Commercial, Chris focuses on sourcing and structuring multifamily acquisitions that are transparent, well-analyzed, and tailored to long-term wealth creation, while clearly communicating strategy, risk, and expected outcomes.

He also draws on more than 22 years in education, including two decades as a high school coach across multiple sports, where he developed the discipline, leadership, and communication skills that now underpin his investment practice. Honored as his district’s Teacher of the Year (2016–17) and Athletic Department Man of the Year (2016), Chris has a proven history of performance, accountability, and service—qualities that form the foundation of the trust investors place in him.

Initially wanting to be a physician, Josh got his pre-professional biology degree from Central Michigan University. However, a mentor of his advised him to go into business instead of medicine and that is when Josh discovered real estate investing. To learn from the best in the real estate investing industry Josh worked alongside two premier real estate investing education companies while furthering his own investing career before eventually going full-time on his own business in May of 2022. Josh currently owns 728 units.

Bill Ham is the Chief Operating Officer and the driving force behind Broadwell Property Group. He is also the creator of Real Estate Raw where he teaches people how to invest in Multifamily Real Estate. He has upwards of 20 years’ experience with a proven track record of identifying, acquiring, operating, and divesting of large footprint Multifamily Housing.
